A Food & Beverage Expert with over 25 years experience, Ajay was previously the General Manager of our Thailand restaurant, a position held for 5 years. During his tenure at Thailand restaurant, he was also awarded as the best ‘Managing Partner’ for 2005 IN WASHINGTON ,USA.

“I am a strong believer of principle and Belief”, reveals Ajay. “We ensure everything exceeds our customer expectation. We all are working together for the same thing – satisfying our guest request, no matter how weird they may be. The key ingredient to make customer happy is Hospitality”.

One of Ajay’s key roles is to oversee Training & Welfare of Staff. He is a strong advocate for coaching and Training and to build experienced & competent Outbackers and Managing Partners.

Rajiv Bharatiya, has 11 years experience in hospitality industry. Running into the 4th year in Outback South East Asia. Rajiv is a certified trainer for the hospitality industry during the "Train the Trainer" programme. Desire to achieve excellence in the hospitality business, establishing benchmarks, all along striving for customer ecstasy. As the proprietor, Rajiv's responsible for the daily operations of OUTBACK, and name sit atop the front door of OUTBACK Kuala Lumpur.
